Tracking Your Volunteering Time

Keeping track of your hours is not just a practical task; it offers you a valuable opportunity to reflect on the time and effort you have invested in volunteering. By documenting your contributions, you can gain a clearer understanding of the impact you are making and the commitment you are demonstrating.

Moreover, maintaining a record of your volunteer hours helps us stay informed about your involvement. This information is crucial for us to recognise and celebrate your hard work. We believe in expressing our gratitude to our volunteers, and tracking your hours enables us to offer meaningful rewards and acknowledgements that reflect your dedication. Whether it’s through certificates, special events, or other forms of recognition, we want to ensure that your contributions are honoured and appreciated.

Volunteering Awards

By logging your hours you are working towards one of our Volunteering Awards. The criteria for receiving a Volunteering Award is:

Bronze Award: 25 Hours

Silver Award: 50 Hours

Gold Award: 100 Hours

Platinmum Award: 150 Hours

Once you have completed and submitted the hours, you will receive a personalised certificate automatically, ready for download.

If you recieve a Volunteering Award you also get early access to purchase tickets for our sell-out KCLSU Awards Ceremony in May.
