Wristband Collection Information and FAQs 

COLLECT YOUR GUY'S CAMPUS WRISTBAND FROM THE KCLSU HUBS DESK FOR GUY'S CAMPUS FROM THE 13TH OF SEPTEMBER, UNTIL THE 29TH OF SEPTEMBER. From Monday September 18th, the Guy's Hubs Desk opening hours will be extended to 9am-11pm on weekdays and 9am-10pm on both days of the weekend.  Please try to bring both your King's and government ID with you when collecting your wristband. You will only be able to collect your own wristband and not those of other students.

• I would like to exchange or request a refund for the Guy's Campus Wristband, how can I request this? 
Our wristbands & tickets are unfortunately NOT REFUNDABLE, so please make sure to check the event location, timing & date and only purchase items if you are certain you want to buy them and attend the events in the offer. 
 
• Can I buy or collect the Guy's Campus Wristband for a friend? 
No, the wristband offer is only available to singular individuals as they will be linked to your name/account. Individual tickets for all events included in the wristband are however available to buy for KCL students and up to 2 external guests. Please note that all events are over 18s only. You will also need to provide your KCL ID and government ID at all KCLSU events. If you don't yet have a KCL ID card, you can enter with any sort of proof of being a King's Student.

(OTHER PROOF OF KCL STUDENT STATUS IS ALSO ACCEPTED IF YOU DON'T POSSESS AN ID CARD YET)

Wristbands do not guarantee entry please arrive early to avoid disappointment/long queues.

Refunds not available.
