Join the King's Shakespeare Company for an enchanted evening of love, magic, spectacle, and slightly silly mistakes in Shakespeare’s ‘Midsummer Nights Dream’. Using an eco-marxist lens, KSC explores one of Shakespeare’s most loved comedies. Enjoy the confusion of the lovers, the mischief of Puck and the fairies and the downright chaos of the mechanicals, and the dichotomy of industrial Athens and the ethereal forest.
The performances use Shakespeare’s original script, and include new choreography and interpretations and will be performed at the Greenwood Theatre, 6th-8th March. A (midsummers) night to remember and not one to miss!
