TIME: 5PM-3AM

TICKETS: 

• Sports Team Members £3 - *each sports team is given an allocated time for entry, please ask your president or social sec*
• Entry from 9pm-10pm £4 - *last entry at 9:45pm* 
• Entry from 10pm-11pm £5 - *last entry at 10:45pm* 
• Entry from 11pm-12am £6 - *last entry at 11:45pm*
• Non KCL Student: £7 *last entry at 11:45am*
• Sports Night Membership £70 *entry before 12am*  ~
  *if you are a Non KCL Student, you can buy your ticket by  registering with a guest account on checkout & you must have a KCL guest with you.

DOOR CLOSES AT 12AM & NO TICKETS AT THE DOOR!

Ticket will release the Friday before the event!

You must follow your allocation times stated in your ticket. Failure to come on time, will result to no entry or a late fee.

Reselling your ticket: If any of the Sports Team players or student resell their tickets to anyone else please remember your ticket have allocation times, which means it is not valid if they come with that ticket after a certain time. Students may be charged for another ticket at the door or not gain entry at all!

LOCATION: Guy's Bar, Guy's Campus, SE1 9RT 
CLOAKROOM:  FREE UNTIL 9PM. There will be a £1 fee after 9PM. *Sports Team Ticket Holders & Guy's Wristband Holders get free cloakroom. 
 * You are putting all items in at your own risk. Guys bar will not accept any responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items.

Guy's Bar Kitchen is open until 8PM! 

WHAT YOU MUST BRING: 

• You must bring your physical Government ID for security. No ID, No Entry! 
• You must bring your KCL ID or any student ID 
• You must have your ticket reference & email confirmation at the door entry

PHYSICAL GOVERNMENT & KCL ID REQUIRED + YOUR TICKET REFERENCE NUMBER

Tickets do not guarantee entry, so please arrive on time and early to avoid disappointment/long queues.

Refunds not available.

Photography & videography may be taken at this event, purchasing a ticket assumes your consent to your photograph being taken and used by KCLSU to advance its charitable purposes. If you do not want your image captured, please let one of the media team know on the day.
