We are excited to celebrate those who have helped make KCLSU and the King’s community. Join us for a special evening of celebrating you with a three-course meal, student performances, an after-party, 360 photobooth and more!
There are three ticket options available to students:
Dinner Ticket:
- 6pm arrival

Awards-Only Ticket:

Table Tickets & Groups:
Q. What is a Group Table Ticket?
Group Table tickets are a way for groups to able to purchase multiple tickets at the same time so you can ensure your group are able to celebrate together.
Group Table tickets seat 10 people. You can only purchase Group Table tickets in multiples of 10. Group Table Tickets cost £395.
Group Table tickets are for the Full Dinner Ticket Only (£39.50 – 5:30-6pm arrival, welcome drink, three-course meal, award ceremony, 360 video booth and after party).
You can purchase Group Table tickets by purchasing directly online or through your group accounts (see below).
Groups can purchase a maximum of 2 tables between the 11-16 April. When all tickets go live on the 17 April there is no maximum so from this date groups can purchase as many tables as they would like.
Q. How can I purchase a Group Table Ticket?
There are two ways to purchase a Group Table Ticket, via an online payment or from your KCLSU Group Account. You do not need to do both steps, only one.
Online payment:
- You can purchase a group table ticket on this event page by clicking ‘Group Table Booking’ and adding this to your basket. You will need to know the names, K numbers, email addresses, dietary and access requirements of all 10 guests at point of purchase.
- Once you have paid for this ticket online that booking is confirmed for you and your group.
Internal Transfer from KCLSU Group Account:
- It is possible for groups to buy tables using their group budgets. You can purchase group table tickets via internal transfer by completing this form.
- Group tables seat 10 people, and the money will be deducted from your student group account. The cost for a table is £395.
- You will need to have the names, K numbers, email addresses, dietary and access requirements of all 10 guests to complete this form.
- Once you have submitted this form, we will take this as proof of purchase and automatically take the money from your group account if the funds are available.
- We will confirm tickets within two working days via email. Filling out the form does not guarantee tickets. Please wait for email confirmation.
- Before you start, please check there is enough funding in your private line of the group account.

Q. When do tickets go on sale?
- Tickets On Sale for Nominees: Friday 11 April
- Tickets On Sale for Accreditation Scheme, Crowns, Colours, Exhibition Submissions & Volunteering Award Winners*: Monday 14 April
- Tickets On Sale for All Students: Thursday 17 April
- Event Day: Tuesday 27 May
Please purchase your ticket as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Tickets sold out very quickly last year, so make sure you get a ticket as soon as you can.
