END OF YEAR PARTY PART 1!

Calling all students & medics! Celebrate the end of exam at Guy's Bar this Wednesday! This is our most popular club night at Guy’s Bar and takes place every Wednesday night during term time. As well as offering some unbeatable drinks deals, it’s the best place to socialise and connect with members of the GKT Sports teams. A weekly night to get into your diary straight away.

  • Early Bird £3 - *last entry at 11pm*

  • Standard £4 - *last entry at 11pm*  

  • Non KCL Students £5 - *last entry at 11pm*

TIME: 9PM-2AM

LAST ENTRY IS 11PM

FREE ENTRY for any arrivals until 8PM! Bar is open as normal from 5pm!

DJ FROM 9PM

You'll be unable to gain re-entry to the venue if you leave after 9pm. 

LOCATION: Guy's Bar, Guy's Campus, SE1 9RT 
CLOAKROOM:  FREE until capacity has been reached
 * You are putting all items in at your own risk. Guys bar will not accept any responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items.

WHAT YOU MUST BRING: 

  • You must bring your physical Government ID for security. No ID, No Entry! 
  • You must bring your KCL ID or any student ID 
  • You must have your ticket reference & email confirmation at the door entry

PHYSICAL GOVERNMENT & KCL ID REQUIRED + YOUR TICKET REFERENCE NUMBER

Tickets do not guarantee entry, so please arrive on time and early to avoid disappointment/long queues.

Refunds not available.

Photography & videography may be taken at this event, purchasing a ticket assumes your consent to your photograph being taken and used by KCLSU to advance its charitable purposes. If you do not want your image captured, please let one of the media team know on the day.
