Post Pals is a small charity run solely by volunteers who are dedicated to making seriously ill children and their siblings smile by the sending of cards, letters, little gifts, support and friendship.

We support children aged 3 to 17 in the UK

Find a child that you would like to send a letter to - and draft up a card to them. 
 

AR5 will have some materials for you to make your cards with - but you can do this from home as well!

Things that work well are jokes, thing about Peppa Pig or other cartoon characters for younger children.

Every child has a profile so tailor your card for who you have selected.

Remember - don't include things like "get well soon" and follow the guidance document!
