Please Note: This event is for incoming Study Abroad students who are studying at King’s for either a semester or a full year only

See the best views in London with our River Thames sightseeing cruise. Departing from Westminster Pier, going down the Thames, past the city and under Tower Bridge to Greenwich. You will have some free time in Greenwich where there its lots to see and do including the Royal Observatory, The Cutty Sark and Greenwich park. You will have time to have some lunch, and then depart back to Westminster.

Free on-board commentary in eight languages. A live commentary in English or a recorded audio guide in eight languages is usually available.

Instructions

  • Please meet your Peer Advisors in blue t-shirts at Westminster pier on the Victoria Embankment. The boat sets off promptly at 10:00am so make sure you are there early!
  • On all boats you’ll find bars serving a range of hot and cold drinks and snacks. You’ll also find that all boats offer full toilet facilities.
  • No activities in Greenwich are covered by the cost of this ticket, but you will have time to explore on your own and do what you what you like before departing back.
  • Most boats are wheelchair accessible and have disabled toilet facilities.
  • Bring your student ID, and email confirmation as proof of purchase.
