Professor Mark Carl Rom from the prestigous Georgetown University will be giving a talk and answering a Q&A on the 15th of October. The topic of the discussion will be about the general state of modern American democracy, including prevalent issues such as voting rights, the voting system and how recent changes and reforms made to said system are undermining democracy.
