Relaunched in 2022, the society has quickly built up a reputation for having exciting events from hosting TechSummit - the UK’s biggest student tech career fair, to running multiple hackathons (e.g., HackKing’s, HackLondon, FirstYearHack) as well as providing workshops and talks with industry. What’s more, all of our events are free.
Focusing on three core aspects, Careers, Hackathons and Programming Workshops, the newly launched KCL Tech Academy aims to expand on the latter with not just workshops and bootcamps but supporting students with digital resources and tutorials.
The society is also the go to place for connecting with students interested in tech, through our multiple communication channels and university links, and with our Opportunity Board, students know our website is the first place to look.
