Each club is responsible for managing their entries into non-BUCS competitions. This includes paying for entry fees, travel and accommodation. Don’t worry though, you can claim back money from KCLSU for the following:
Just fill in the Non-BUCS Comp Reimbursement Form and send it to [email protected] and the reimbursement amount will be sent into the club’s account. KCLSU cannot reimburse individuals personal accounts, this must be done through eXpense365 and approved by the club treasurer.
Although we will try and get this into your account as quickly as possible, during busy periods this may take longer than usual. For any further questions regarding reimbursements just email [email protected].
