KCLSU Networks

combat oppression, discrimination, and inequality faced by students from liberation communities on a local and national level
KCLSU Networks are representative communities who act as a platform to facilitate connection, collaboration and collective campaigning
We’ve got Liberation Networks to provide community, empowerment and representation to groups often marginalised in society.

'Hi,

I'm Hasaan (He/Him), and I'm the 2020-21 Parent and Carers officer at KCLSU! Outside of my SU role, I'm a third-year politics student and also work at the Union Shop, so you've probably seen me around!

This year I have big plans for our Network, I want to develop it with you to make it our Network.

  • My aim for semester one is to revive the network through hosting coffee mornings and working on an online presence.
  • My aim for semester two is work on helping the network grow through speakers and workshops in addition to coffee mornings.

I really look forward to working with you to create our network, I want this to be a safe space for us to work together to make our time at King's that little bit easier and better :)

A bit about me:

I just thought I'd add a little section about me so you can get to know me a bit!

Outside of university, I really like readings, especially fiction books, I also love cycling, running, the outdoors and TV shows.

I'm also quite chatty, so if you see me about, please feel free to approach me, even if I'm running late I'm more than happy to chat for a few minutes and get to know you.'
