Block Bookings
We will be allocating provisional block bookings pending approved risk assessments. We will monitor the safe running of these initial block bookings and following a review, we will hope to open KCLSU Activity Rooms more widely for individual/ad-hoc bookings for student groups. Bookings for student activity groups will be dependent on the UK government's tier system.
Before submitting for block bookings:
All members must read our student group guidance and briefing.
Any group with allocated space must submit a risk assessment to [email protected] and await confirmation from KCLSU that you can attend your bookings.
To apply for block bookings in term 3&4, please complete & submit this booking form and risk assessment to [email protected] by Sunday 9th May 2021.
Approved bookings will commence from Monday 24th May 2021.
