WINTER CLOSURE: KCLSU Advice is closed from 5pm on 18th December until 10am on 6th January 2025. 

Response Times: Once you’ve submitted a form, our triage team will assess the urgency of your case and be in touch in 1-2 working days (potentially longer in busy periods). Once we have all the information we need from you, if your case requires an Advisor, you will be assigned one who will respond in 5 working days from that point.

Sometimes we may need this information to help us advise you. We’ll also use this information to monitor our service provision, and make sure that our advice is accessible to all our students. Information that is used for equality and monitoring is anonymous statistics only. Your name, student number or any identifying information about your enquiry will never be associated with our monitoring data, and will never be used without your permission.
