The Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine is made up of two Schools:
School of Bioscience Education
Academic Reps from the School of Bioscience Education are elected from each of their programmes and are responsible for attending Programme Student Staff Liaison Committee (SSLC) meetings.
Bioscience Reps work alongside the Bioscience Students' Association (BSA); acting as a key link between the students, the School of Bioscience Education and the BSA.

Bioscience Students' Association (BSA)
The Bioscience Students' Association is a student-led Academic Association. BSA was established to provide formal representation to all Bioscience students in the School of Bioscience Education.

Academic Reps from the School of Medical Education are elected from each of their UG programmes and work alongside the Medical Students' Association (MSA); acting as a key link between the students, the School of Medical Education and the MSA.

Medical Students' Association (MSA)
The Medical Students' Association is a student-led Academic Association. MSA's aim is to improve the experience of all students studying medicine by representing their academic, social and welfare needs.
