Time: 5:00 PM

📍 Location: North Kensington Library

For movie lovers, this is an excellent way to spend an evening while celebrating Women's History Month. The North Kensington Library Film Club will be screening the timeless classic Little Women—an adaptation of Louisa May Alcott’s iconic novel that follows the lives of the four March sisters as they navigate love, ambition, and self-fulfilment as women. Book your tickets early through this Eventbrite link!

3. INTERVENTIONS X SHOREDITCH Art Exhibit

🗓️ Date: Saturday, March 8, 2025

Time: noon

📍 Location: Sacred London

From South to East London, we could not fail to mention this new art exhibition blossoming in the streets of Shoreditch! Between a stop at a charity shop and a quick coffee in the area (read our article to find our favourite Shoreditch coffee spot), make sure to check out this incredible creative project that combines art and social justice. You can find all the information on their Eventbrite page. Get inspired by how art and women’s rights come together and meet fellow creatives!

4. Women on Wheels Discussion

🗓️ Date: Saturday, March 15, 2025

Time: 10 AM

📍 Location: OMA Bikes

This one is for all of our female cyclists! As a highly male-dominated field, it can be tricky to find safe spaces to talk about cycling in an empowering way. This meet-up is a great initiative to talk about the benefits of cycling – as both physical and mental health – and discuss improvements for women’s safety and inclusion. Reserve your free spot through this link. An inspiring talk and a great way to connect with like-minded people!

5. Women's History Month 2025 at the National Maritime Museum

🗓️ Date: Throughout March 2025

📍 Location: National Maritime Museum + Queen's House

This March has been giving us so much sunshine, it would be a pity not to take a stroll around the beautiful parks and regency-style streets of Greenwich! And in the meantime, why not check out the Royal Museums? They have a full calendar of events to celebrate the bravery and creativity of overlooked historical female figures! Head to their website to learn more about all the exhibitions and displays they have in store for this month.
