The One World Cultural Ball is a night to celebrate our cultures, faiths and heritage at KCLSU

Join us for a night of celebration, amazing performances by your fellow students over some canapés and drinks!

The event

The Cultural Ball is celebrating the diversity within our KCLSU members over some drinks, dancing and networking with other students.

To celebrate in style, we're asking all attendees to stick to the black-tie dress code for the event, or wear your formal cultural dress if you have one within your culture!

Please be aware the Cultural Ball is an 18+ event due to the venue and sale of alcohol.

The venue

This year's Cultural Ball is being held at The Porter Tun. The Porter Tun is a famous space in London combining heritage and scale for major events, as one of the largest and oldest unobstructed event spaces in London. You can find out more about the venue and get directions to it here.

The ball is an opportunity for you to chat with other students, meet new people and find out more about the range of different cultures within our student community. If you're part of a club or society they can get you and their other members discounted tickets

  • The group ticket option allows student groups to book tickets for their members, access group discounts & pay from their KCLSU group account.

  • To purchase group tickets, please complete this form where you register all of your details, how many tickets you would like and the finance codes for your society.

  • After completing this form you have agreed to buy your tickets and the payment for them will be taken from your society account (please note that the tickets are non-refundable).

  • It is up to the society leaders to decide how to collect the money for the tickets from their members.

  • Please ensure you have the funds in your account when reserving tickets.

  • Our Events & Finance Team will organize the payment from your society account.

  • After submitting the form, the KCLSU Events Team will be in touch to confirm the reservation of your tickets, send you promotional materials and provide you with an attendee details list to complete.

  • Attendee details of the form must be returned to [email protected] by 5PM on 1st March.
