This is a general and safeguarding risk assessment template for student groups/societies looking to deliver their Volunteering or Widening Participation projects online or in person. Before KCLSU can permit delivery you must fill in this template, email it to [email protected] and receive approval via email. If the relevant staff member believes your risk assessment needs additional detail, they may request this from you before approving your safeguarding risk assessment so you must make sure to fill this out well in advance of your project or event's start date.
